This description is for Allamuchy and Allamuchy North. They are easy to do together but could be done separately.

Park at the parking area on Stuyvestant Road off County Route 517 in Allamuchy, NJ. It is easiest to find Tranquility Farm Road which turns left at the end and sort of dead ends at the trail. Follow the trail up until, in about .9 miles, it meets another trail. Turn right and continue for about .2 miles where a woods road turns off to the left and crosses a small stream. If you are coming down from Allamuchy this woods road is about .3 miles from the point where the trail up Allamuchy meets the woods road. Once on the woods road continue on it to the east and northeast. These roads may disappear and reappear. For Allamuchy North the road/trail seemd to be going too far north so I started to bushwhack to the east and northeast until I found the highest point. Return to your car by the same route.
